The agreement between you and us when you buy a course or join Career Development.
Who we are
InfoTech Learning is a nonprofit organization [registered as … in …]. These terms are a contract between you and us when you use this website or the LMS, buy a course, or join Career Development.
Courses and memberships
- A course purchase gives you personal access to that course in the LMS for [the period stated on the course page]. There is no renewal.
- Career Development is a monthly membership giving access to every course and the career paths while it is active. Cancel at any time; access ends at the end of the paid month.
- Courses you bought individually stay yours if you later cancel a membership.
Acceptable use
Course materials are licensed to you for your own learning, not sold. You may not share your account or redistribute materials. Lab environments are provided for practice against systems we own and have built for that purpose. Applying what you learn to any system you do not own or have written permission to test is prohibited, may be illegal, and will end your access.
Certification exams
Our courses prepare you for CompTIA exams. The exams are administered by CompTIA through its testing partners. Registration, fees, scheduling, and results are between you and CompTIA. Unless a course page says otherwise, an exam voucher is not included. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or obtain any job or salary.
Exam version changes
CompTIA retires and replaces exam versions on its own schedule. When a version a course targets is retired, we update the course to the current objectives at no extra cost and your access continues. The refund policy explains your options if an update changes a course materially.
Payment
Prices are shown in the pricing section and on each course page. Payment is taken by our payment provider at purchase and, for memberships, monthly on the same date. Taxes may be added where required.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.
Our content and its limits
We work to keep courses accurate and current, but the field changes fast. Materials are educational content, not professional advice for any particular system or organization.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
